What we buy:

1. Broken jewelry of all types: broken, kinked, knotted, tangled chains, broken links, loose clasps, lobster claws, spring rings, loose findings, blank ring mountings without stones, single earrings, mismatched earrings, loose earring backs
2. Anything made of precious gold 10k, 12k, 14k, 18k, 22k, or 23k
3. White, yellow, rose gold, silver and platinum
4. Necklaces, rings, earrings, bracelets, anklets, pins, men's formal jewelry and medical jewelry
5. Old or previously owned jewelry you no longer need
6. Scrap gold, gold flakes, gold dust, gold nuggets, dental gold

What we do not buy:

Timepieces, gold bars, bullion, ingots, items that are new or appears to be new are not accepted. To ensure you get the best possible price for these items, we encourage you to visit other reputable stores.

What are not acceptable?

Items that are stolen, minors or any person other than the owner. We will request documentation of proof of age and ownership before engaging in the transaction. JEWELRY by FRANCO Gold Exchange complies with all government anti-money laundering policies and procedures, and internal controls.

What are the requirements for participation?

You must be at least twenty one (21) years old in order to sell jewelry or other precious metals to us. In addition, you must be the actual legal owner of any jewelry or precious metals. We may request documentation of proof of age and ownership before engaging in the transaction.

How much material can I sell?

JEWELRY by FRANCO Gold Exchange complies with all government anti-money laundering policies and procedures, and internal controls. We observe the maximum amount in exchanging your precious gold. Kindly call the studio for more information.

What if my jewelry contains diamonds or gemstones?

The price we offer you is based on the weight of the gold. We do not compensate for the diamonds or any precious gemstones that are set on your gold jewelry. You are welcome to remove the gemstones before coming to us.

How much will you pay me for my items?

We use these criteria to determine the value of your jewelries:

1. Karat value or purity of the gold
2. Weight of the items excluding the pearls, gemstones & diamonds
3. Market price of the gold on the day of settlement

Our trained jewelers will assess your gold using the most up to date standards.
